We have prepared 7 different tours that you can take either before or after BledCom. 4 tours cover the classic tourist highlights of Slovenia (the Alps, the Adriatic coast, Karst caves and other phenomena, Lipizzaner horse farm) and 3 tours focus on wine tasting in three different wine regions of Slovenia. All tours include traditional lunch in local restaurants, as well as guidance, transport, admission fees and wine tastings.
BledCom symposium is an annual gathering of scholars and practitioners in public relations and related disciplines to discuss contemporary communication and management problems. Each year the traditional international symposium BledCom attracts the world’s elite of academics and practitioners. The conference is organized by the Centre for Marketing and Public Relations at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences.

Bizeljsko is one of many wine regions of Slovenia, mainly famous for its sparkling wines. However, other sorts thrive in this part, which has one of the kindest climates in the country. Some of the wineries hide another ethnology gem - repnice cellars, with centuries long tradition which was revived in the last couple of decades.
A day trip to Maribor and the Styria region, where you visit the second largest Slovenian city as well as get to know the history and the winemaking traditions of the area. Maribor holds a Guinness book record for having the oldest grape vine in the world (over 400 years) and the area is dotted with vineyards - some even in the middle of the city.
